Bridgeport CT location.Garbage Food. Ordered those new buffalo chicken papadias and some wings. Tasted like straight rubber chicken with no sauce and the wings are soggy. Got to be a local thing cuz the stores in sc are awesome

Their dough is always made fresh, never frozen , their original dough has just six simple ingredients; flour , water, sugar, soybean oil, salt and yeast.nTheir sauce is crafted from California tomatoes that go from the vine to can in the same day. Their vegetables; tomatoes , green peppers , onions and mushrooms are always fresh in their restaurants .nReal cheeses for perfect melty goodness . Authentic meat toppings full of flavor , not fillers.nBetter ingredients. Better pizza . Papa John's

Absolutely the worst customer service for papa johns.nI placed an order online. As many prior reviews have stated, it was not ready when I got there even though I placed the online order 20 minutes before my arrival. I paid for my order and proceed to wait outside due to the social distancing requirements during Covid19. After 15 minutes I re-enter the store in order to pick up the pizza I had ordered and paid for. Not only was it not ready, the store manger “pretended” I did not pay for my food. After showing him my receipt he then proceeds to walk away from me as I’m explaining and starts making my pizza that I’ve now been waiting close to an hour for.nNot only was he rude, but he was belligerent. I will not order from here again and would give negative stars if possible. Absolute worst customer service.
