The food taste good BUT the wait time will have you hate the place. The owner doesn't have much help so even a simple order takes hours so if you want to order from Creole Fusion cuisine order at least 2 hours in advance and that's the minimum. Also she usually doesn't have everything she needs to prepare the foods on the menu so come with options.
I love the service, the energy and the food!! She makes you feel like home and the dishes are ALWAYS consistent!! If you haven’t been, you’re missing out
The wait time is unbelievable. The owner seriously needs to hire staff if she plans on having a business. You can't do it on your own just because you want to save money, the business will fail. Customer service is extremely important.
The food is really good, but even a simple order takes over an hour. Worth the wait when you do get it, but it’s definitely not something I’d order from regularly if I don’t have the time to waste.
The best Haitian food in CT ever! literally tastes like a home cooked meal from your grandma in haiti! The owner cooks herself, so flavorful! I've used there catering service too, the quality did not change. I will always recommend!
