If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a thanksgiving order for 3:15pm. It’s currently 5:23 and there’s still a line wrapped around the store. Everyone else in line is standing outside in the cold waiting for 3+ hours while there are walk-ins walking out with whole turkeys. Definitely my first & last time ordering food from here. The service is ATROCIOUS and rude while people are standing outside for hours in the cold. Next time do us all a favor & just close for the holidays.

I have no complaints regarding the food. Its getting somebody to take my order is the problem.nI called 4x within an hour. It just rang and rang. Ok. I thought. They r prob busy. So i drove over. I have to have help walking so i knew going in was not an option. I used their drive up which worked but why would it take 23 mins before my meal (ribs) was ready? I was told there was 1 person ahead of me Does that mean they ciok 1 rack at a time? For $15 for just a quick lunch seemed a little steep to me also. I know my husband and i use to be able to get 2 meals for twenty something. If i had gotten a desert or xtra cornbread we would have been close to $40.nIs it me or is that a bit exspensive for a to go place? Esp its for on ly 2 people

I left the restaurant today before ordering. The service was extremely slow and when I finally got to the counter the employee preparing food had her mask pulled down exposing her nose and breathing all over the food!!! The customer right before me also pulled her mask down and she had a child with no mask at all so I felt very much at risk and left without ordering anything. This restaurant has always been the filthiest Boston Market I have ever been to. I'm done. Calling the health dept tomorrow. It is a pigsty and a risk to public health.

They shrunk the portion size is down until it's not a satisfying meal. The brussel sprouts are awful. The wait at the drive up window was 20 minutes. I had ordered the meal half an hour beforehand over the phone. They forgot to put the brownie that I ordered in my bag .

I ordered a salad and the avocado was frozen and brown. It looked so much better online. There was barely any toppings and the lettuce was wilted. Very disappointed don’t know if I’ll come back....
