Great food with such excellent prices. Homemade soups and fried scallops are the best ❤ the captain's platter,whole belly clams,fried oysters, shrimp. ud83dude0b

Went to Whitlocks back before Covid and enjoyed the food. When I saw a $5.00 off coupon on Restaurant.com I purchased 2...nWe went back this weekend. The bill was $67.00 and change. I pulled up the app on my phone and handed it to our server. She had to go ask how to do an app coupon. They apparently don't have the technology and we were told we had to print it our. Well...we were in the restaurant at the time, so...that wasn't going to happen. After asking 3 other co-workers it was decided they couldn't do it because there was no phone # on the app. The proper thing would have been for them to just take the $5.00 off of the bill! They DID NOT! $5.00 off of a $67.00 tab! So it cost them our business. Not very smart!! They shouldn't have signed up with the app if they couldn't/wouldn't honor it!

Great American food. Excellent ingredients, even uses Bell & Evans chicken!! Steak fries instead of those cheap nasty skinny so called fries ud83eudd17 Wonderful friendly staff, non watered down drinks and fair prices!!!!

So I don’t get what all the high reviews are for this place. Given the price and the quality, I was not impressed...at all. Drinks were ok so perhaps it has a following for their bar. If you eat a lot of fried fast food it may be for you but as I eat pretty healthy I got the broiled scallops and my husband, the grilled salmon and we shared them both. The scallops came in what they called an herb butter which just looked like a pool of oil. Vegetables looked like your typical frozen veggies that were likely steamed. The baked potato came out without any butter, just sour cream. The salmon came with either herb butter or a dill sour cream. We got the dill sour cream which wasn’t bad. Our waitress was friendly but the food took a very long time to come out.
