I have been taking yoga classes & workshops for over 2 and 1/2 years. The studio has been offering Virtual zoom and in studio class option during this crazy Covid year. Their instructors are friendly and professional. They offer a full schedule of different types yoga through the week. They offer a discount 3 pack class for new student.
We love Yoga Space Bethel, CT. they are the best studio and Virtual classes I've ever attended
Very welcoming environment. All instructors highly knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and make the sessions fun! And I am a beginner who never really liked yoga before.
Such a wonderful place; I feel peaceful, grounded and energized when I'm here! Have taken classes with 6 instructors so far and they are all great, and have such individual styles. Highly recommend this place!
Excellent instructors who make any beginner feel comfortable.
