I've been having my hair cut by Rob, and only Rob, for about 20 years now. He always takes the necessary time (and often more so) to do the best job possible while being a great person to casually chat with about anything entertainment.nnGreat guy, great location would recommend to anyone.

You ask to describe my experience. For 20 years I have been going to this Salon. Melissa, the owner, has been doing my hair from the first day she started, before being the owner of Roots. Ron has been doing my husband's hair and would not ever go to anyone else.nnOur review of this salon, and their staff is a big 5 Star Place. The services have expanded to facials and tanning. When you go to Roots you feel like you are in with family. I have seen people there for years and we all feel so welcome.nnThe only thing I can say is......try this family oriented salon and you will feel like part of their family.
