This studio is so beautiful, and the teachers and staff are really wonderful. I always get exactly the right guidance and support from the teachers to make the proper adjustments to ensure I'm doing each exercise properly, safely, and effectively. After 3.5 weeks of classes, I am feeling so much stronger! This is an excellent workout, and an excellent gym! I love the childcare option as well. The play room is clean and fully stocked with so many fun toys. My 2-year old never wants to leave. I highly recommend The Bar Method.

Lauren is usually my instructor. Since I’m pregnant I appreciate the modifications she offers me. She is kind, and friendly. It’s a wonderful atmosphere at both locations!

This is the best barre class around. Real care goes into making this experience a personal one and it shows. The instructors are amazing and have this incredible ability to remember EVERY student's name. I always feel welcomed. Physically I'm the strongest I've ever been and I have The Bar Method (and some hard work!) to thank for it.

The westport bar method is a beautiful modern facility with outstanding barre instructors. The results are visible strengthening, lengthening and toning of my physique. The other members were friendly, encouraging and pleasant. The prices are excellent especially for the flexible schedule and reciprocity with Fairfield Bar Method. This studio has child care too

Individualized attention at every class and different skill levels among participants. Staff is very welcoming and the babysitting is awesome.
