I couldn't be happier to have joined! I was reluctant at first but the classes make it so much more fun than just using a rowing machine at home. Colby is such a great instructor, she immediately corrected my form and she always explains everything you should be doing. Even on days I tell myself I'll go easy she has me wanting to give my all. I always leave exhausted (in the best way) and glad that I went to class!
We have had a very unpleasant experience with this outfit. My wife hurt her back on the machine, after which she told management the regimen didnt work for her and she needed to cancel her membership. Rather than cancelling her membership as requested, Row House kept charging our credit card for about a year, and now they wont return our $$, despite her not setting a foot inside the entire time. My bad for not picking the charges up but really?? Watch your wallet!!
