Huge store with a large selection of clothes. Multiple floors and very clean shopping experience. I was here for my sister in laws wedding dress where she was trying on dresses at the beholden area.
I love this store. It is expensive. I don'tbuy all of my clothes here, but i use it to buy the odd clothing item that doesnt look like every other chain store.
Very competent sales associates. They're all super knowledgable and friendly! And the skincare/makeup selection is amazing.
I had the pleasure of working with Katie at the BHLDN bridal shop here. She is INCREDIBLE. She is not only passionate about what she does and the product she is selling, but she cares about each bride she works with. She understands everything is about the bride and her day. She worked with me twice - and never did I feel any pressure. She really was the most wonderful stylist and just a genuine person.
Was shopping for a wedding dress and checked some items out downstairs before my appointment. When I started to walk upstairs a girl asked if she could hold my basket at the register. I told her I was still looking and she insisted on taking my basket. She was almost rude about it. I worked retail for 5 years and she wasn't asking for my basket to help mer out. I was with my daughter and we both looked at each other like is this really happening. I didn't want to purchase my dress there or the items I had picked out after the encounter.
