I was pleased with the customer service from beginning to end. KO Auto communicated with me and fixed my car before they said it would be done. I was not expecting it to be done and was surprised! In past experiences at other businesses I was not called and my car would be in the shop for days for a simple repair. Needless to say I will never go back to that place and will take my car to KO Auto every time my car needs work. The workers went above and beyond to meet all my needs.
I would recommend them! They were courteous & friendly and did great work on a starter & flywheel problem that I had! I will continue to use them for any future auto issues.

Had an issue with my Tahoe, it would shut off.nThought it may be fuel pump but needed to replace the throttle body.nThey were quick to get it fixed.
This business performs professionally, they performed an inspection and informed me of an issue that needed attention, the job was completed in a timely manner. My car was washed and vacuumed once the work was completed. I will be using them again as needed.
