Both my Mom & I had such a wonderful experience here (we both found our dresses for the big day)! I’m so grateful that this was my one & only stop for a bridal gown. Going into gown shopping, I was very nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find something I felt beautiful in or feel like myself. The moment we walked in, I knew I was in expert hands. This lovely team of ladies are not only passionate about what they do, but really care about their clients, & it shows! Throughout the pandemic, they made sure their customers felt supported, & their encouragement was so appreciated during such an uncertain year. Every step of the process left me feeling confident & ecstatic, from the first try on to the fittings. I would recommend Plumed Serpent again & again!

I had a great experiencing shopping at the Plumed Serpent! I had to get a last minute dress after deciding to elope over Christmas since COVID affected the wedding we had originally planned. They helped me find a sample dress well within my budget that was perfect and are even arranging the cleaning ($250) and alterations for me ($800 flat fee). We were able to mostly distance and everyone was wearing masks the entire time. Would definitely recommend!

I love The Plumed Serpent! Krissy was absolutely amazing. She is so kind and helpful. She really took the time to get a feel for my wedding so she could suggest the perfect dress. The salon is so cute everyone there is so friendly. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience!

The Plumed Serpent Family was an absolute dream to work with. From the first day to the day I picked my dress up, they made me feel so special and important. I did not feel like another customer. They remembered little details, whether that was in person or via email. They were always so prompt and greeted you with a smile. Lissa fit my dress to a T and was always so welcoming when going in for a fitting. I am soooooo happy I found my dress at the Plumed Serpent and would recommend to anyone looking to feel like the most special bride during that special moment of finding your dress, to go there. You will NOT regret it!

Betsy was my consultant and she was such a pleasure. My mom and I stopped in early in the week and she allowed us to look around, after finding a few options we decided to make an appointment for 2 days later to try some on. My wedding is only 2 months away and I found the most beautiful dress that fit like a glove! Betsy was patient and made the entire experience very comfortable! Highly recommend this boutique for all your bridal needs.
