Vadim Mejerson PH.D provides a workout that both challenges your fitness level but more importantly teaches you the correct form for reducing joint pain thru body alignment and a stronger core. Based on regular workouts his formula encourages a healthy life style and long lasting results. If you are looking for a sustainable workout that will slowly but surely improve your overall physical health I would strongly recommend Physical Intelligence.
I started working out with Vadim three years ago, after I heard him speak on the topic of physical fitness and decided that he knew more about it than I did. I was right. Vadim designs and guides workouts that have made me stronger and healthier than when I worked out on my own, without my ever being tired or sore. I've found that personal trainers' advice is hit and miss. Vadim, with his PhD in exercise physiology, gives better guidance.
