I wanted cheese fries. So I requested them. They refused to make them even though they CLEARLY HAVE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TO DO SO. Cheese and Mf fries. I would’ve taken the extra charge, but instead I was forced to scrape excess cheese off of my friends burgers’ tinfoil and make my own. I am a first responder.

Fatty Pattie burgers are my favorite in comparison to 5guys, Jakes, Plan B (which i believe is a name fail), or Smash burger. Fatty Patty burgers keep their form while eating and the cheese is so creamy soft tasty. Toppings are evident, fresh, and flavor-some. There chicken nuggets are pretty good eventhough they only have 2 type of sauces which are honey mustard and bbq; 3 flavors if you count ketchup. I haven had their shacks yet, but i did hear the shakes were not that good. This is why i never ordered one. But hands down in my opinion fatty got the biggest patty. Let me ask you this; Who doesnt like a fatty. Enjoyud83dude00

This is a hard one for me. I live local, maybe 5 minutes from here, and I really want to love them. I know they are not Five Guys, but they have the potential to come close. I've ordered maybe 4 times today now, the first time was amazing, delicious bacon cheeseburger, overwhelming amount of fries and delicious, fresh chunks of chicken for the nuggets. Unfortunately that was it. The 2nd time we ordered (for my family), both burgers were very well done but the fries were ok. Then ordered again, all the fries were stale, 100% guaranteed they were not made for the order we placed, but the burgers were delicious, however they were out of chicken, chili and milkshakes (that's like half the menu). This is difficult because we have really had some great food, just not at the same time, and for a small spot in our small town, this is what will close you down at some point, and at the cost, I just don't think I want to roll the dice as to if my food will be great or not when I can just go up to Monroe for Five Guys :(

I placed an order for my office on a stressful day and made mistakes, contacted the staff and they were so kind and helpful the food was amazing i have not had a customer service like this in years thank you fatty patty staff 10/10
