I’m not the complaining type in any way, but my appearance is essential in the line of work I’m in. I tried this shop out for the first time yesterday and received possibly the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my entire life. Completely unfinished looking, uneven, growth still visible. I was so frustrated when I looked in the mirror. Nevertheless, I still paid and tipped the barber because I’m assuming he tried his best. I will have to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks because this isn’t a cut I would showcase. Extremely disappointed and will not return.
Stopped in late and Tito was available. Gave me a wonderful cut. Chairs were comfortable and Tito was a true professional. I don’t live close but it will be worth the drive for another cut.
