The quality clothing is definitely worth the price and I can always find my size here compared to general clothing stores where most articles of clothing seem to be oversized. I applied for the store card and got a discount for the items that I bought.
American Eagle has very RUDE customer service. Lou was very rude and harsh with his words. He needs to be fired immediately. NO MORE LOU.
The manager Danny has no class and no courtesy. I went to buy 3 pair of pants that was on 40% holiday sale. All the pants were on a $49.99 rake but when I took to the cashier the manager says it was on the wrong shelf but not realizing that his employees put in the wrong spot. Couldn't even honor one pair of pants. No apology to us and being dismissive.

Evetime I go to that store it's always welcoming in addition the associates are very friendly and they always make sure that ypu are taking care of, especially in the fitting room they always make sure you get the cloths that fit you better and look better when you wear it
