I have ordered from here in the past. My last visit, I received a pixelated image on the shirt. They would not give me a refund, they only offered to reprint another image, which would have most likely have had the same result. My advice is to have original images at hand, with large image sizes or receive printed images that are unsatisfactory.
I was looking to order a single shirt in a size with a minimum count online. Cali Customs happily let me order just the one size, and returned the finished product in only a day, much faster than the online sources. Plus, the people there were very kind and had a great sense of humor. I would be happy to shop there again next time I need custom shirts, mugs, or other product.
I've had the pleasure of doing business here for a few years and not only has the quality of service been top tier, but the staff always seems to have a pleasant attitude regardless the time of day. I recently purchased a huge order for sweaters at the hospital I work in and the quality was outstanding! I’ve shopped here before for personal gifts for family members who were also very happy with the custom items. The shop owner provided me with such great customer service and was very knowledgeable.
