H&R Block completes taxes in a professional manner. I enjoyed working with Larry. Thanks to H&R Block and Larry, I don't have to dread tax season.

Stephen goes beyond the job to help the customers in every way, shape and form and he takes the time to show us the amount of funds we should both deduct from current wages in order to get a better return in the year 2020. In our former jobs, no one took the time to inform us regarding deductions. This was all done RUSH by both of us with no help from the former work staff whatsoever.

Because the person who did my taxes was incompetent, unprofessional ,he didn't offer me any offers such as the loan for the advance which I qualified for because I seen it on the screen which came up at least 3 times I asked if there was at least a discount due to the fact I've been doing my taxes with H&R for about 5 years or more n this year if I'm not mistaken was the highest I ever paid for doing my taxes his answer was well if we didn't send you a coupon then it is what it is which I think is BS cause ever year I've been going to this place they tried to give me some kind of discount this guy didn't even try n was like O well ,and to top it all off he almost didnt even give me my paperwork I had to ask him for it ,so if this is the type of people you gonna have working there then this will be the last time I ever go there
