The spicy chicken sandwiches has got a hold on me! Lol
Very quick drive through with hot and fresh food. Drive through staff were friendly and attentive.
$35 for 16 pieces of chicken. Ridiculously expensive for what it is. It's not worth it. The associate rushed us through while we were trying to ask questions about the menu. We asked for sauces and one of them was cut open and got all over everything. Overall, it was a really terrible experience and we won't be going back.
Terrible experience. The person in drive thru on the speaker not very welcoming. Seemed like she had a rough morning I would assume. Went to the window told me I had to wait for the fries which was cool. Then I had to go back around because I forgot a chicken sandwich. My food was ready when I drive back around the second time. I had 3 different tender meals, One 5 piece meal with a drink and 2 3 piece meals with just fries and they did not give me no sauce (which I had to park up and go inside for. I also asked for a receipt for my order and they told me the receipt machine wasn’t working. When I went back to my job I realized i only got 2 orders of fries & I had a totally of 6 orders that should of included fries. Now I’m at work and I can not go back but I will be going on the Popeyes website to further right a review because now I’m loosing my money and it’s not like the service is good friendly were I can jus say forget it. I also tried to call the store the phone line busy static could hardly hear anything. I asked to speak to the manager and it was the same lady that was taking the orders, was not about to go talk to her about anything with the attitude she gave me earlier.
I payed $44 for a delivery, i specified that i wanted TWO breast meats and it even says it on my receipt. But when i got my order, there was only dark meat and not a single breast meat. There was also no jelly in the bag for my biscuits, which usually comes with the order.
