Has great food! Awesome burritos and chicken! I also tasted the fried oreos which were excellent! I will come back another time as COVID-19 settles down a bit more and the BBQ re-opens in which of very friendly owners. I am thankful for all the luck I get there too! Highly recomended
Newer restaurant on Paradise Green. Caught the tail end of lunch and ordered the 1/2 chicken. Food was delicious and owner was friendly. Would definitely like to try some of the other options on the menu in the future!
Got the Double Applewood Cheeseburger,very big, good sturdy roll,fresh LTO, a good basic burger for good price. Owner gave me BBQ Pork to try,too. Portugese style,not a lot of sauce,the meat is the attraction. Well cooked,good cut. Owner is expanding menu after quarantine. Good fast service,friendly staff.
Fresh, never frozen is so apparent in the delicious flavors and juiciness of everything I’ve enjoyed here. Hard to find elsewhere. A real treasure right here in Stratford! Highly recommended!
Outstanding authentic Portuguese BBQ. The food is cooked in an enclosed wood fire. The seasoning is spot on. My wife and I split a chicken and rice and beans. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was very tender and juicy. The beans were great and made with bacon which is even better. Very friendly hosts as well. There is inside and outside seating. Paradise green is also across the street for a quick Portuguese picnic. Highly recomended
