My wife and I stopped here on a whim because we love fries. The menu is generous enough to offer plenty of options but not too crazy. I got the chicken sandwich, which was flavorful and crunchy outside and juicy inside. She got the cheesesteak (with fries in it, genius!) and was very happy! As someone from Philly, it needs to be good to get the thumbs up from her. The fries were crunchy and perfect with lots of dipping options. The man who served me was very friendly and they even have Hank sodas, which are my favorite. We are excited to eat here again in the future!

My friend and I were talking about going here because he lives down the street from here, we work down the street from here, and I've been to their food truck and thought it was awesome. Unfortunately, not the same experience today. The gentleman that waited on us was rude, had a large beard with no beard net, and wasn't wearing a mask upon us entering the store. He felt the need to let my friend know rudely that he needed to keep his shirt above his nose because it's CT state law. After waiting for our food and receiving it, I stated thank you to absolutely no response. I got to my friend's house to eat because we had a job to do 20 minutes later. I ordered cheesy fries with bacon, received no bacon on my fries but paid for it (I have pictures of the fries and receipt to prove it). Cheese on the fries wasn't hot and neither were the fries. Burger was juicy and good, I'll give that. But I feel like I was robbed for a great experience. I will not be spending money there again especially that I spent money for one thing and didn't get it in its entirety.

My absolute favorite lunch spot. Best veggie burger and grilled cheese I've had! Plenty of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Amazing fries with a variety of delicious sauces. Would definitely recommend!!

Update I thank the owner John for getting in contact with us and making things right. He was very apologetic and was more then willing to work something out with us to prove he meant it. It's nice to know that the owner really listens to his patrons and wants them to have a good experience. Second time around the food was much better and definitely fresher. Fries were so good. The guy working the day we went back was so much friendlier. Thanks again!nnFood was terrible. We had a large order 7 sandwiches and 2 large specialty fries. It cost about 80 dollars. We were told to come 45minutes to an hour we got there right at 45 minutes and the food was already sitting there and the long bearded guy with an attitude said this has been ready for 40 minutes. So why did they tell us 45 min to an hour then. Some thought the burgers were just ok the chicken sandwiches were so over fried and dry and it was impossible to choke down. I almost broke a tooth on the hard overly fried batter. The fries weren't good either. This is the second time I personally had their fries once from their food truck and now from their place and I'm sorry in my opinion they aren't worth the price. My father called to complain about how terrible it was and all the guy could say was sorry you feel that way but other people seem to like it. How's that an appropriate answer for cold, dried, overly cooked food and rude service. My entire family who ate it would never go back.

First time trying their food today, it was so delicious!!! Definitely going to try again.
