Lost my keys to my car and I called Alpha. Perfection at its BEST! From the time I called to the time the job was completed everything went perfectly and smoothly. Had a stubborn Ducati Motorcycle key that I was trying to get cut and copied. Every other place in CT had told me it can’t be done. Alpha key said they would give it a try. I worked with them for 2 weeks and the owner would not give up and kept getting more machines to make it work. This place can do it all! Very reliable! They will not stop until you are happy! Will be back and recommend for any need!
My house key broke off in my hand as I was leaving for work. After finally pulling the broken key out of the lock I went to Alpha Locks & Keys in Milford. I was greeted by Alex at the front counter and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and made a perfect cut. The new key is actually more stable in the lock. It was so much easier than going to a big box store like a Home Depot or Lowe's and it didn't cost any more!!
Had a house visit to replace locks on current hardware. Work was completed super fast and they provided a few extra spare keys, which was appreciated!
Amazing service, price and all around amazing. I had trouble calling around and getting service to come to me and make a key for my car until I got in contact with them!.. they got there the time they said and finished within 10 min... definitely a blessing and will recommend it to anyone needing service! Don’t go anywhere else!
