“Locked myself out of the house and had to get back in quickly. Called this company and Larry the locksmith was out in no time and let me back in. He even cut me a second house key so it doesn’t happen again (hopefully!). Pleased with the service, thanks!

My friend lost her keys at the local synagogue and needed a replacement set made. She asked me about it and I recommended SURE LOCK & KEY who I had used previously. The manager was very nice and sent out the locksmith within 15 minutes. My friend had a new set of keys cut less than 20 minutes later… she was very happy indeed!

I wasn’t so happy with the service I received from SURE LOCK & KEY when they installed new locks in my dormitory, but when I called them about it, they came out almost immediately and realized the locks had a manufacturing defect. They quickly replace them and didn’t even charge me anything for the second callout… wish all other companies cared about their customers the way these guys do!

I have used this company multiple times in the past and I never even think of using anyone else. They have always been the most reliable locksmith company I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve never had any problems whatsoever with them… wish all companies cared as much as these guys do!
