Keep charging me even I called and asked to stop, I think scam going on there, I tried to ask for 1800 I was told by someone is an email but you don’t need it since I’m the regional manager!! I think they don’t take customer service seriously, now I hope some one Higher up see this so they start asking questions.nI can offer you management and customer service Lesson since that what I do for living in corporate everyday!!!!nGet professional people since we are in 2020!!
I moved and canceled my membership but they kept billing me and billing me despite calling and telling them over and over. I got fraudulently billed 3 extra months. I wonder how much money they scammed from former clients. The manager never told me I had to come in to cancel. They kept telling me it would be taken care of.
The staff in planet fitness are not professional. The facility is clean and the machines work most of the time. This environment is not a productive environment for those who wish to achieve goals in the gym. The vibe is dead, the music is usually terrible. The gym is not very serious.
Great selection of workout equipment, with knowledgeable staff who are very accommodating.
Places clean management is great and insightful
