This is now personal training at Lumy’s private residence with a space outfitted as a workout studio. It has everything; a Pilates bar, weights, machines, kickboxing- all equipment you could ask for. You can meet one on one or join in for small groups if available. Rates are reasonable and you can really customize the workout. Having a set schedule and the pre- commitment required for personal training has helped me hold myself accountable and follow through with my workout!

Pace is an amazing place to get in shape and have fun at the same time! Lummy offers classes and personal training so this provides many options as far as schedule. She also provides a lot of variety so you never get bored. Overall, Pace is an awesome place to get fit! Check it out!

Lumy is such a great motivating trainer always switching up the workouts to work every muscle group. Her energy and positivity keep the class environment fun but challenging!!

I have been to a lot of gyms and this gym is great!! Lumy is a outstanding trainer both personal and group training. She is highly motivating and connects with all of the students in the class. The classes are great to work out in also b/c everyone there is happy to help you and are very inviting!! It's a great gym!! If you are looking to work Lumy will get you fit!!!

If you are ready to turn your life around, Lumy is the best trainer to help you make it happen. She is patient while pushing you to achieve your best! You will never be bored with her workouts as they are never the same - she keeps your interest while working every muscle.nnIn addition to the quality of her training she has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with. She likes to have fun and have a good laugh, but thankfully never at my lack of coordination! If you are looking for a trainer that is not intimidating but still pushes you to succeed Lumy is your answer.
