Very pleased with Climate Partners and their knowledgeable technicians would recommend their service to others William with plumbing was very knowledgeable and helpful ANTHONY came on time today to tuneup furnace for season he was very thorough and polite I like that each service person sends a picture to your phone before they come so you know who to expect at your door FOR THIS YEAR'S WINTER SEASON LARRY TOOK CARE OF THE FURNACE MAINTANCE HE WAS APPROPRIATELY MASKED,GLOVED AND MAINTAINED SOCIAL DISTANCING CAME WITHIN THE TIME FRAME, WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE STILL RECOMMENDING CLIMATE PARTNERS

So far the actual hands-on work I have received from this company has been from the plumber Jose. He could not have been more professional. He was very friendly and kind and considerate, didn’t rush me through anything I had to say and took my concerns seriously . As a customer and multiple dwelling homeowner that means everything!nOf course his workmanship was very well done as he took every precaution to make sure the work he did would not create other issues.nA listening ear and a kind word coupled with a well mannered professional person will keep me coming back and referring out.nIf they were more stars to give I would give them out to Jose the plumber!nThe actual rough install was done by 3 very nice young men, sorry I only remember 2 names, Ben Bork and Juan . They worked their tails off in horrible heat 2 full days! And were most respectful to me and other contractors working on the site at the same time .nVery conscientious young men , never complained and even my other contractors were impressed.nThey will be back to complete the job once the plumber and electrician do their parts and I couldn’t be more pleased !nThis is an update. While everything above and previously written is true, I would be very cautious dealing with this company. In particular the project manager. Demeaning and not at all cooperative and billing my credit card half at the start (even though it was over 2 months later to begin which was my choice but still...) and then billing my credit card the other half 2 months before completion !nThe vent installation on the roof was not attached at all, just floating and leaking! Good thing my plumber informed me! They did fix it but not for 2 days and after it rained again! There is so much more but this would be a book. The people in the office I called & complained to were very nice but condescending. They tell you exactly what you want to HEAR. I feel bad for them. I can only imagine the office conversation after they get off the phone with disgruntled customers.nMy advise is to not deal with this company since everything goes through their project manager who when I had legitimate questions & concerns told me “this is what we get when we deal with homeowners and not general contractors!”nThat was the straw that broke the camels back. So if you are not a general contractor and only a dumb “homeowner” then run away from this company.nI did however receive 3 thank you cards from the owner and a $25 credit towards future work from them. No thank you very much.

This is regarding the installation of a whole-house humidifier system. Larry was on-time, and very professional. He answered my many questions and understood what I was looking to accomplish and recommended an appropriate solution. When he came and installed the humidifier, I brought-up to him some very particular routing and wiring concerns I had, (aesthetics, cable-routing, pipe routing, etc.), and he accommodated everything I asked for. Additionally, I have a Nest system in the house, with separate heating and cooling systems. Larry worked his way through several issues and persisted until we were able to get the humidifier to work, across both systems, as expected/desired. He could have just given up, and installed the humidistat it came with, and I wouldn't have known any better. I truly appreciate his persistence and problem-solving. I couldn't be more pleased with this install. Thanks so much, Larry.

Needed to have a Toe Kick Hester installed for a renovation project, made the call to Jon P., he came out and within 24 hours had the unit installed to keep the project on schedule. Price was fair and install tech was very courteous and neat. Would definitely use Climate Partners again!!

What a smooth and painless process, had Jon P come out and give me a few options on replacing my system. Went with the high efficiency and cannot be happier. The install was quick and clean. Thanks again Jon P and you team.
