I have been going to Bonnie's classes 2x a week or more for almost 2 years now. I appreciate her knowledge, her kindness, her gentle touch and the community feeling that she brings to each session. She treats us like family, accepting each of us for what we bring to the room. We are a group of all ages coming together to explore and accept where we are today in our yoga practice. She shares stories that make us realize that yoga is more than just stretching and posing in the studio. We take our lessons outside the studio, some lessons with a deep thought behind them and some with laughter. I'm so inspired by her commitment to her own practice, the countless workshops she's attended (so she can be even more helpful to us in the studio) AND her dedication to following her passion. Small town yoga studio with a big heart of gold!
