Great Customer Service. I was dealing with an illness and in all the confusion forgot to order our oil. I called our normal supplier who stated they would not be able to accommodate us on such short notice after years of being a good customer. I called Massey in desperation and they re-routed a driver that day. We now use them exclusively . They are friendly, responsive and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I highly suspect that they mix oil with water or some other non-oil product. The oil runs out so quick when we order from them, takes a very long time to get heat up faucets, vents, etc. The customer service is also very poor, they’re very rude when we call and try abrupt. Seriously, look at the way they respond to negative customer reviews. PLEASE BEWARE!

In the passed two years, my credit card information has been stolen 4 times within a week of ordering oil from here. Hardly a coincidence, man on phone even said they keep credit cards on file, but the order sheets are handwritten?
