Unfortunately, this rite aid has the worst hours. Its Saturday, 6pm and it just closed. The website says 9pm. I've been coming for years and the people are fine, not unfriendly, just fine, and the store is clean, but accessible hours of operation is pretty important to me.

I had a problem with my insurance company with filling my prescription. The Pharmacist, Wendy, knew exactly what to do to correct the issue. This was on a Saturday- I assumed I’d need to wait until Monday. Shortly after I arrived bach home, Wendy called to let me know that she had resolved the problem and that my prescription would be ready in half an hour. I was impressed. It’s not often these days that problems are resolved so quickly and that communication is so forthcoming. I already liked this particular RiteAid, but this outstanding, professional customer service spoke volumes to me. I will continue to do business with this RiteAid. I might also mention that all the employees at this store are very friendly and accommodating. Well done!!

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, but my meds would not be ready for a few more days. Instead of telling me this, they lied and said that the doctor never put the order in. I took 4 unnecessarily phone calls to figure out what was going on. I'm 100% sure the pharmacist knew I had a prescription on hold because when I went back the next time, they saw it on their computer.
