My appointment was at 2 and Frank came out right on time. He was extremely friendly and helpful.I told him what I needed and he delivered. My wait was pleasant and not very long. The price was right. All in all a pleasant experience.
We had a engine blow, in warranty, and we got a loaner while they put in the new one without complaint. They honored the warrenty without trying to wiggle out of it or tacking on extra charges! I wish that was industry standard, but you know many places would have put us through hoops. Very happy with them.
Brought in my pathfinder for service on a Sunday. The dealership was closed but have an easy way to drop off key and vehicle. Ron our car guy even followed up next day to make sure our vehicle is fix. Service team called and explained whats needed to fix the vehicle and did a total inspection of the vehicle. They are just awesome and efficient.
The staff at Napoli, especially Frank in service, are all top shelf! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The service department once again exceeded my expectations and their customer lounge is excellent! I would have to honestly give the service department at the Napoli dealership a 10! Thank you Napoli.
