Called the dealer on Friday. Spoke to him about the Hyundai Santafe, he gave me a price. Spoke to him again Saturday morning to confirm I would be coming to see the car, and buy all cash. Left NY, with another confirmation that I was in fact coming to see the car. We spoke 2x, with him knowing I was on my way in traffic, but I was definitely coming. When I arrived, there was 2 females looking at the car. He knew it was me as I pulled up. He asked could he help me, and I said I came for the car, we just spoke about. He told me he waited too long for me. The car was already sold, ((He knew this, but did not tell me)) but he suggested I wait at a nearby Mc Donalds with my children, or look at something else. Why?? No idea....Horrible service! I will never do business with someone so heartless!! Waste of time, and toll! If I could give him 0 stars, I would!
