I have been a member for years and have always had great customer service. I found that they have very competitive loan rates too.
I wish there was a option for zero stars the customer service here is disgusting !!! Absolutely no help at all people think they get to work for free here and apparently then taking time to look over my account inconvenient for them!

super unprofessional, does not care for their customers at all. never answer calls, always rude, and never know any answers to anything. if you're smart you wont bank here! save yourself the trouble
