while my tax preparer melissa was professional and I'm sure she did her best to get me my full amount of refund, she did not inform me of the state's process of withholding funds because of proof of dependents, I am new to this state and feel that i should have been warned about that.

It’s just to expensive, The quality of service was great but the à la carte fees are what really gets you. $45.00 for earned income tax credit “ seriously” I will be buying a new laptop next year.
