Nice classic part store. A bit much re higher quality parts. Staff very knowledgeable.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. What leads me to leave a review is my visit yesterday. My car was acting up and I needed to have my battery tested. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a young man who asked if I needed assistance. I explained my situation and he wasted no time coming out to help me. He worked with my difficult battery setup (under a bunch of other stuff), found a new one for me, and installed it all while remaining professional and engaging in conversation. I planned to just do it myself but was incredibly thankful for his assistance so my heavily pregnant self didn't have to struggle in the heat to do it. Didn't catch his name but it was refreshing to work with someone of his age with the level of professionalism and ambition he displayed.
My first few visits to the Napa in Polson was very nice the staff was courteous polite knowledgeable got what I needed. Looking forward to going back.
Great service great employees. The owner knows he has great people and takes care of them.
Very helpful, however stay away from Missoula napa on Broadway. Complete jerks.
