Inspire Fitness is such a wonderful place to work out and get fit. The trainers are very informed and can work with you if you have pre-existing injuries and such. Most importantly I have made some amazing friends through Inspire and it has become a welcoming community for me. What more could you ask for?

Wendi offers quality, caring, and highly personal attention. A true pro, ensuring every session, virtual or not, results in a sense of accomplishment and pride. I was a true novice when we started and have progressed beautifully due to Wendi and Inspire Fitness.

Inspire Fitness is a great place to get healthy, stay fit and make some great friends! In the past two years with Inspire I have become healthier and fitter! All the trainers have done a fantastic job of creatively continuing fitness regimes through the pandemic!! Thank you Brian, Wendi, Liz, Thayer and Zac! So glad to have found this gem!
