It wasnt the best experience I've had dealing with my taxes. After I filed I learned there was mistakes In the paperwork and had to take another day off work to go back and resolve the mistakes. In top of that the lady doing my taxes had no idea how to fix the problem in the application for the loan advancement. Once we figured out how to fix the problems we were having it went smoothly. The worker was very polite and answered many of my questions
