The food is absolutely fresh as well as delicious!!! The steak and cheese sub is the best and will make you salivate every time you think of eating one. Soups and pasta dishes are well seasoned and very flavorful. The staff is extremely friendly. Mattei's is truly a gem in the Valley.

Amazing REAL ITALIAN FOOD the way it should be made. I'm the pickiest person when it comes to sauce because I've grown up with only homemade. Place is AMAZING!!

Great curbside service (even if you walk up to the place, they'll come out and take your order) - no need to go inside. Eggplant parm grinder was delicious, and about the size of a small child.

We had an extraordinary experience at this place. We liked the excellent environment and the menu. The staff members were very amiable. I’m glad we ultimately managed to visit this restaurant.
