This place really amazed us! We got a mix of Japanese and Chinese to gauge how this place was since we never been here before. Both were delicious! The general tso (a staple that to me defines a Chinese restaurant) is excellent! Large chunks of white meat with a tasty sauce. I prefer this style than the small crispy kind because it can taste stale. This was satisfying and comforting. The sushi was delicious and probably the best in the area. The simple rolls and their specialty rolls were well made and had great flavor. My fiance enjoyed the kani salad as well. Lots of flavor compared to conventional places. Lastly, fried rice was a hit. Again, large chunks of good quality meat. They are take out only right now, but service was quick, friendly, and safe. Highly recommend this spot!

I've ordered from here several times now and their sushi is so fresh every time...I'm in love. Honestly I could order sushi from here daily and never get tired of it. They're very friendly and out of all the times I've ordered - even with special requests - they haven't messed up once! Thanks guys!

Great Chinese food at a fair price. One of the better Chinese/Japanese Sushi places in Shelton and definitely one of the cheaper places. You most certainly get a decent amount of food for your money. I especially like their new location at the CX Plaza on Bridgeport Ave, easy to find, nice new restaurant. If your looking for good chinese food that wont break the bank. Hunan Pan is the place to go!!!

The food and service was excellent. The servings are more then enough, General Yao’s chicken is my favorite with egg rolls. Best restaurant

Absolutely awful experience. The staff were disrespectful, the line was horrendous, and the wait time was even worse. I was told my order would be done in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I go back in and they tell me it's still not done. I recommend not going here. Worst experience I have ever had.
