Cydmarie gave me a great haircut. She took her time cutting my hair and listened to how I wanted my hair to look like. She is very friendly and professional. Will definitely go back.
I was super hyped to get a haircut at this salon. I only have heard good things about her! The day of my appointment, I got to the salon on time at 11:30am and tried to call the room. No one opened the door. I tried calling her and left a voice massage. After a 30 min wait and 5 calls later, I finally got a hold of her and she said she had tried contacting me the day before, as she had to cancel due to an emergency. The only text I had received the day before was “Is this Lori?” Since it is not my name, I had not paid any attention to it and didn’t reply. In my opinion, this is not reliable and could have been addressed in a more appropriate manner, sending a text message with actual content of cancelling the appointment. I’m 20 miles away (one way) and I felt like she didn’t really care, as she did not offer a solution at all and only said she’ll be in the salon by 2pm “sorry”! Very disappointing experience!
I have been having Cydmarie cut my hair now for the past six months and must say each time I visit she does an amazing job!nnHer new My Salon location makes you feel more like a client than just another person in line at one of those walk-in shops. Definitely a perfect setup. The decor is modern with nice accents. You will find the atmosphere much more relaxing over a typical retail salon.
Cyd is great! Very friendly and CLEAN!! The suite was cozy and spacious. She pays great attention to detail. Even shampooed and conditioned my hair after the cut. (Extremely relaxing) Will be back soon. Go check her out!
