Bill and Dean were straightforward, honest, and helpful. I wanted a truck but needed to sleep on it (the deal that it is, not the truck itself). I put down 1k with a handshake deal that if I called back in 48 hours, I could be fully refunded. I ended up changing my mind, called back and was refunded--no problem. These guys let me put a car aside for a few days and then they were cool when I ended up going elsewhere. Good people deserve good reviews.
Great Experience with Bill and the staff... before even buying the car they gave me detailed info and made sure they were very straight forward with my credit which I loved ! The facility was very clean and family friendly for my son and wife. They took the time to even help with finding me a loan with my credit being in bad shape. I definitely will return and advice my friends and family to check them out ! Great deals!
Just bought my first truck from Road Ready, a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie. RYAN IS THE BEST! Super helpful, accommodating and he and the environment there are pressure-free. We even met Ron, the owner, and he was very personable and friendly. This place is immaculate. They pride themselves in customer service and keeping things clean and comfortable for their customers. They have plenty of cars and trucks to choose from and they put great care and money into making them look brand new! They made an intimidating process very easy. Great experience, highly recommend!
Customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Car has a spotless interior and rides like a dream. Nicest facility I've seen in my life. Staff are willing to work with you to solve all mechanical issues with the vehicle.
