Hey all! I just rolled in, was look on cars.com at 3 am and came across THE car I bought. Everything was phenomenal. Had some issue's with my car witch were corrected immediately and my salesmen Steven and Debbie from motor vehicles had me in my car the same day. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend

Let me tell you about this place...PHENOMENAL. Steve was such an amazing help with finding the right and reliable SUV for me. They were quick and efficient with all paperwork and getting my vehicle ready and I could not have been more grateful to have strolled into their lot. So I was in the market to buy a new vehicle at first I went to a better Way wholesale auto in Naugatuck and could not believe the things that I had to deal with their! long story short I asked for my money back and then had to figure out what I was going to do next. someone I knew had recommended New England auto World and I have to say my experience here was great! I went to the dealership on Labor Day weekend, where I was greeted by Steve Saturday morning. I had my eyes set on a Ford Explorer that they had listed on there website. My wife and I had taken it for a test drive and We immediately Knew this vehicle was for us, so we had filled out the paper work and started the process. With Labor Day being Monday we had gotten a phone call telling us we were approved! By Wednesday our vehicle was ready to be picked up!!! If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend going to this place. I will definitely be back for another vehicle!

This place is great. I went in looking to purchase a Buick and met Mesha. Long story short the Buick didn’t work out but she found me an Altima that was lower priced, with very low miles and nearly new. The process was painless and they were even able to get me a low rate on financing. Highly recommended.
