One of the worse banks I’ve ever had to deal with, each branch operates by their own rules, and the Shelton branch has to be the worse financial institution that I ever had to deal with. I was told that the manager was too busy to deal with me after I was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager about my debit card being compromised for the third time. Still waiting for him to call me back.
Absolutely terrible bank. Spend hours preparing paperwork and driving to bank twice. All for the rude bank account manager to give me a hard time about why my LLC paperwork doesn’t say llc at end of it when state of Connecticut sent me paperwork. Terrible service. Will never use again.
Excelent customer service.
Customer service is deplorable there. They have one person that's consistently nice, everyone else, it's day to day as to what mood they are in. I have business accounts there and will definitely be closing them asap. Wachovia used to go the extra mile for their customers, but that has definitely changed over the last year.
