Worst customer service ever, super rude and useless. They never answer the phone and when they rarely do is some very rude lady who claims she has access to nothing and I always need to call another number where they also never answer? My credit card and debit card (THIS IS NOT A JOKE) have gotten stolen 3 times. Yes honey, 3!!!!! Im so over this bank
I had a emergency last June 2019, I was looking for personal loan , and Sikorsky credit union approved my personal in 24 hours with a good rate .( can’t complaint). I use Trumbull branch, friendly staff , also I never have to wait too long ...!!!
One of the worst experience had with this location. It's toke me over 2 hours to see someone.
Great bank! All the branches seem to have great employees.
Love this bank but I'm disappointed every time I go there now in my lunch time is only 1 or 2 people helping the line and the window I was in line for more than 15 min is not they fault because if is pay day why not add more customer service is not ok that should be in and out wherever customer wants to do more should have a particular window ud83dude12
