Very poor experience open an account because of a promotion was offer and decide to move my relationship once I qualify for the reward I was told the code was not put in and it was my fault. No problem resolution no service experience recovery so be aware of something does go as expected no one will help. This is why big banks take advantage you are better using your local credit union or small regional bank like peoples bank, Milford bank, etc.
Horrible costumer service that's all I gotta say the worst I ever experienced
After a horrible experience with their 800 customer service line in the evening, I physically went to the bank (Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT) the next day and sat with Diana. She is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and had everything taken care of for me within minutes. I was impressed and Chase is lucky to have her. Thank you Diana.
Melissa provides me her full attention, speaks clearly and practices active listening by repeating a question or an idea, so she can make sure she is communicating clearly. Thanks, Melissa! Now Chase needs to work on getting another outdoor ATM machine!
I like the people that works here, except for this African American old lady that works there. She rude and disrespectful. I forgot her name but she's work as a teller. She needs to retire.
