Awesome classes, instructors and staff. I can not say enough great things about this place. Sharon and her staff are not only professional, and kind, but they are so highly skilled. Each class is as if you are in a private training session. I’ve never worked out so hard and had fun too! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a great workout, feel included, and see positives changes in their body. Thank you Sharon!!
5 stars isn't enough! The Pilates Barre Studio is the best I have experienced in any city and absolutely the best in Ridgefield, CT. The instructors are amazing and the variety of classes are desirable! Once you try this studio you will be hooked!
If I could vote more stars I would. I am obsessed with Andrea’s barre class. She is absolutely amazing. I have been taking her class almost every week for the past 6 weeks. I have noticed a major change in my body, I am toned and confident. I am hooked and would highly recommend the studio. Everyone is so friendly and the studio is super clean!
My first experience at Pilates Barre was a positive one. It's a well-equipped facility and the instruction was top notch. I'm excited to learn more and work towards improved core strength for overall good health.
Molly made me feel so welcome! I don't live locally anymore, but it was a really fun thing to do with my sister while visiting and I will definitely be back. It's the next day and I can feel sore muscles that I forgot existed, and I do exercise regularly. Recommend!
