Classic cheese pizza and a Modelo, 2:45pm on a SaturdaynnPros: Lovely leopard spotted undercarriage with no flop. Gives a great char taste throughout each slice, complimented by an even sauce to cheese ratio. Good robust flavor to the sauce and cheese tastes of quality. Nice crunch on the crust.nnCons: The sauce to cheese ratio was spot on but just a touch more of each applied would have been a bit better, as the quality char flavored dough was absolutely up front.nnVerdict: Excellent pizza here at Brickhouse. Came here not knowing what kind of quality to expect and tempered expectations. The fantastically charred individual sized pizza left me a happy, satisfied customer. There's a lot of great pizza to be found in this area and this pizza spot deserves some recognition for keeping up with and surpassing a lot of the pack.

pizza was fantastic. had one with zucchini, mushroom and broccoli rabe and another with clams and bacon. love the brick oven style & taste.nfried calamari were excellent too!

Really like this place. The pizza is unique and the restaurant is very relaxing. Well done bar as well. Parking is the only challenge but frankly, it is worth it. Not AT ALL the same as delivery pizza!!!!

Love the ambiance...sit outside enjoy great food and great company like we did. Wait staff is exceptional

Food is fantastic! The outside patio is awesome! Great drinks and music make this place a all around home run!
