I love the food, the atmosphere, the waitress and bartender. The food is always good. I had the sliders, pulled pork nachos, and combo plate. Everything is very tasty and they have a lot of sauces to choose from. Definitely would recommend to others. Me and my partner are from new haven county and it’s definitely worth the drive. The workers are super friendly too !

Wire Mill Saloon and Bbq is awesome. Food is simply delicious. Service is excellent. Highly recommend the Beef Rib Sandwich. The BBQ sauce is on point. Gino the Owner is on top of things so you know the quality and dishes are consistent. Live music is an added bonus. Shout out to Marina!

This is our new favorite BBQ location! The food is great, the service is friendly, efficient, attentive - from hostess to wait staff to bartender. Plenty of outdoor seating. At their busiest, the seating wait is managed well, the food is still excellent and the service still impeccable.

This ranks well above a great local place. This is great food made with love and served by very happy people. They all seem to be genuinely enjoying being a part of the recipe to Wire Mill's success. The place and it's people ARE the atmosphere. The food... That's the full blown success. Drive and park and THERE you see the smokers! No sort of kind of barbecue... This is real deal and very comfortable. Comfortable is key. Most barbecue places serve smoked food and describe themselves as barbecue. Most are not really barbecue in food, design, and definitely not in atmosphere or therefore reality. They talk the talk... But... Wire Mill... Is the real deal. They walk the walk. And it's a cool swagger at that! They work for your love. And they earned mine. Go there. And keep going back.

A few of us were there Saturday night watching Brad and Bob play their guitars outside and it was lovely. Our waitress Marina was exceptional, and so sweet! I hope that when we go back we have her again.nnThe Wire Mill never lets me down; the food is always wonderful and the staff is great!
