I was really really happy, From the moment I walked through their doors, I was treated like family. Ricardo the business manager was the best he helped me with the purchase of my 2 new vehicles. I have nothing but great things to say about Ricardo he was personable knowledgeable and quickly felt relax and happy . He was able to answer all my questions and within no time the sale was completed. Since I was traveling from out of town, Ricardo made sure all the paperwork were drawn up and completed prior to my arrival. He explained all the new gadgets and had me on my in my wife on our way with our new vehicles within one hour.nBy the way, because of the current state, this was all done while wearing mask and practicing social distancing. Ricardo made the used car process easy and customer focused. From preparing their vehicle so well that my new-to-me car passed my mechanic's review with flying colors to getting the deal done in a timely fashion and following up with great service - they hit it out of the park. And, I waited to write this review until my first oil change so I could comment on the service experience as well. My oil change was easy to schedule, done in good time and while I waited in comfort. I'm so happy i just purchase and unique pick up , I was so impressed with there professionalism knowledge, and always having your best interest at heart. Also, they have amazing inventory, and phenomenal prices. The showroom was pristine as well. This car dealership is the best kept secret in Connecticut.
