The Redding ATM stated it was open until 1 PM today (Saturday). Why were you closed at 11:30 at the ATM? Are banks suppose to be closed for 3 straight days?

This is hands down the best bank I have dealt with with the most knowledgeable and helpful manager. They were able to help me make a seamless transition from one bank to another and had the most professional staff. She (the manager) had the utmost customer service skills and was able to answer all of my questions prior to the transition which ensured me I made a great decision of switching to this bank! The rest of the staff was also very friendly and professional as well. Thank you TD!

We LOVE this TD Bank branch! We are greeted at the door with a smile and an offer to help. Every employee is professional, thorough, and friendly with all customers as they take care of our business as quickly as possible. A special thank-you to Liz, Kimmar, and Zade (branch manager) for all of their extra efforts with our many banking needs these past 20 months. Their kindness goes way “above and beyond” what most people would expect from their bank and we are so grateful. Let me repeat... we LOVE this branch!

I had an terrible experience with this bank. After a couple of mistakes by tellers, the branch manager came over. Normally that would be a good thing, but this branch has a manager who is a nightmare of a woman. She was rude and condensing to her employees as well as to me, the customer and her lack of knowledge made it difficult to fulfill the transaction. After talking to other people in the neighborhood about my experience, it sounds like most of the people who tried this bank had similar experiences and they went elsewhere quickly, as did I. She is an unqualified manager with a severe lack of interpersonal skills. There are a few choices for banking in Georgetown, I recommend that you do not choose this one.
