Cross River Lock

I called Cross River in the morning regarding rekeying the locks on my new home. The gentleman I spoke with said he'd send someone to me later in the day. I was surprised by this; when I called I expected it might take a few days. But indeed he was true to his word! Just a few hours later I had new locks on my doors. The entire process was quick, professionally done, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

Waiting for hours to have locksmith call me back but the person who answers the phone has very poor customer service skills. I guess they have too much business and are not afraid to scare new clients off.
