Diberardini-Al Danielle

Hello all prospective readers and future clients of Danielles legal practice. First and foremost my name is Jason Doornick, owner of a company that specializes in the restoration of classic/vintage vehicles and vinyl wrapping. The name of my company is called Doornick Driven.nnWith that being said, I’d like to move onto the reason for my 1 star review as it will speak great volume of not necessarily Danielle’s practice, but who she is as a person.nnI received a vehicle that was subcontracted to my shop for a vinyl wrap. That vehicle belonged to Danielle Diberardini. Under the request of the shop who sent us this vehicle, we were told to wrap the vehicle in a specific color. Which we did.nnLong story short, Danielle was dissatisfied with the process (and I was warned by the third party shop that this client was a bit difficult).nnThe reason for my 1 star review is how she handled herself, professionally and ethically with me and my shop. Before actually speaking to anyone, at all, bot even me or any of my employees.... she proceeds to leave me a lengthy voicemail (filled with legal jargon) about how the invoice dates “DONT” line up, how she would have never paid for the invoice and then proceeds to threaten me (mind you this is all through a voicemail, not a personal interaction) with ADDITIONAL 1 star reviews on our job. Now would be a good time to also add that our shop worked tirelessly on a vehicle that had been previously butchered and mishandled in the past. We were left with countless additional hours in removing rusted components, parts that were nearly impossible to remove. We documented every single part of that car with photographic evidence so we could share it with the shop we were working with. Additionally, we managed to pull of a miracle and wrap the vehicle with near perfect accuracy. It came out beautifully. We were very proud of the outcome.nnSo. Fast forward a bit. I decide that I should call Danielle back (moments after she left me the voicemail) to help resolve any issues she had with us. I professionally let her know that she was being recorded as her voicemail indicated a threatening tone and I wanted to guard myself by having a recording of the conversation. We went on to discuss a few issues she had which was aggressively thrown my way in the most disrespectful and aggressive, threatening manner you could possibly imagine. Instead of communicating her concerns with me, she manipulated an error on an invoice (which I’m not entirely sure I completely understand) to use that as a levy to “take me to court.” I’ve been on the phone with Danielle for 45 seconds at this point and she’s already committed to additional threats to gain emotional and psychological leverage. Which... I’d hope for many, shouldn’t work. I stood up to her bullying and reminded her to be more respectful and to not speak down to people as it will never get anyone, anywhere. I concluded that a person of her stature, legal standing and personality was a force that cannot be reasoned or rationed with. It’s her way or you’re getting sued. What an absolute abuse of power. She also said she will subpoena my company for phone records of the digital recording I made.nnI must warn those who decide to do business with Danielle; her behavior may or may not be in your favor. She is not kind. She is not rational. She is aggressive and demanding. She is abusive. She does not respond to resolve unless it’s her resolve and her choice. This 1 star review is warranted by the direct experience I had with this woman and how abusive she was to myself and my employees. This kind of behavior will never be tolerated and we demand an apology from Danielle. In return, I will happily remove this 1 star review.

Attorney Danielle is a great attorney. Ive been a client of hers for a few years now and I can only say great things about her. Danielle will go out of her way to make sure you are getting the best representation. Danielle represented me in a case with such passion. She gives you hope when you have lost it all. She is a phenomenal attorney. If you are looking for an attorney who will give you the best representation, is honest, and a super kind soul then i highly recommend Attorney Danielle DiBerardini-Albrecht!
